What should I wear?

The dress code is mountain cocktail. Suits and jackets for men and cocktail dresses for women! Ladies, please note that there will be a gondola ride and some unpaved surfaces at the top of the mountain. We recommend you wear a chunkier heel or wedge.

Are children welcome?

While we love your children, our wedding is for adults only.

What is the weather like in Lake Tahoe in July?

July in Lake Tahoe is, arguably, the most beautiful time in Lake Tahoe! We expect warm summer weather in the 80s in the daytime. Please bring a jacket or shawl as the temperature does drop at night.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Yes. The ceremony and reception will be at Zephyr Lodge.

Is the ceremony or reception outside?

Yes! The ceremony will be outside.

Is Uber a good way to get around?

Uber is not widely available in the area. We highly recommend renting a car to explore all that the area has to offer. If you need to schedule transportation, we recommend the following: Tahoe Elite, Tahoe Thunder Taxi, or Tahoe Sierra Transportation.

Is there anything else I should know?

The ceremony and reception will take place at Zephyr Lodge, which is located at the top of the mountain. All guests will access the venue via the gondola.

Please plan to arrive at the gondola no later than 2:30 PM to allow enough time for the ride to the mountaintop before the ceremony begins.
